About the Benefits and Wellness Fair
The 2026 Benefits and Wellness Fair vendors are coming to you this October!
Wright State University’s 2026 Benefits and Wellness Fair will feature live virtual sessions, opportunities to connect with your benefit vendors, and resources to support your health and well-being, including annual flu shots.
Whether you want to learn more about your medical coverage, HSA, dental or vision benefits, Medicare, your new Life and Disability vendor, or the Employee Assistance Program, there’s a session for you!
Attend sessions and enter to win
Join our benefit vendors virtually to learn more about the benefits and programs available to you and get your questions answered.
No registration is required for most virtual sessions. Simply click Join Session on the scheduled date and time. Sessions that require registration will be marked Register.
Each live session you attend earns you one electronic raffle entry.
The more sessions you attend, the more chances you have to win a great prize.
How it works:
- Join a virtual benefits session on the scheduled date and time.
- Scan the QR code displayed by the presenter during the session.
- Complete the Microsoft Form to record your attendance.
- Receive one electronic raffle entry after completing the form for the session attended.
- Prizes will be raffled at the conclusion of the virtual sessions.
Important: You must scan the QR code and complete the Microsoft Form to receive your raffle entry!

Our benefit vendors will be joining us throughout the month of October to provide information and answer questions about the benefits and resources available to you.
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Medical insurance
Anthem administers Wright State's medical and pharmacy benefits, including the Blue High-Performance Network (Blue HPN), High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), and PPO 80/20 plan. Join Anthem to learn more about your Wright State medical coverage, how to navigate your plan, and make the most of the resources available to you.

Delta Dental
Dental insurance
Delta Dental administers Wright State's dental plan. Join a session to learn more about your Wright State dental benefits, including how to use your coverage, find participating dentists, and make the most of your dental benefits and preventive care.
Live sessions: October 6 and October 7
VSP Vision Care
Vision insurance
VSP administers Wright State's vision coverage. Learn more about your vision benefits, how to find an in-network provider, and resources available to you and your eligible dependents. VSP will also highlight additional member resources and savings available through your vision coverage.

HealthEquity
Health savings account (HSA)
HealthEquity administers the Wright State Health Savings Account for employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan and will be presenting through the ON24 platform. Learn how your HSA works, how to use your account for eligible health care expenses, and ways to make the most of this tax-advantaged benefit. Whether you're new to an HSA or already have one, this session is a great opportunity to learn more about your account and available resources.

Lincoln Life Insurance Company
Life insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability
New vendor for 2027! Lincoln is Wright State's new vendor for life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability benefits beginning January 1, 2027. Join Lincoln to learn more about your coverage, how these benefits can provide financial protection when you need it, and the resources available to you through Lincoln.
This is a great opportunity to become familiar with your life and disability benefits and ask questions about your coverage.

AllOne Health
Employee assistance program (EAP)
AllOne Health provides Wright State's Employee Assistance Program, offering confidential resources and support for employees and their household members. Learn more about the EAP and the resources available to help with personal, family, financial, legal, emotional, and everyday life challenges.
Whether you need support with a specific situation or simply want to know what's available before you need it, this session is a great way to become familiar with your Wright State EAP benefit.
Live sessions: October 15 and October 27
HUB
Medicare
HUB provides Wright State employees with benefit advocacy and support and will be presenting through the ON24 platform focused on Medicare. Join HUB to learn more about Medicare, including eligibility and enrollment considerations, and how Medicare may coordinate with your Wright State benefits.
HUB's benefit advocacy team is also available throughout the year to help employees navigate benefit-related questions, claims, and issues that may be difficult to resolve directly with a benefit vendor.

Navia Benefit Solutions
Flexible spending accounts (FSA)
Navia administers Wright State's Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. Learn how FSAs work, how to use pre-tax dollars for eligible expenses, and how to make the most of your account throughout the plan year.
Navia has provided recorded FSA webinars that you can watch on your own schedule throughout October and all year round.
