Temporary Employment

Wright State University has designated Laine Federal as our exclusive partner for regular temporary positions, as well as payrolling temporary staff. This contract is administered by Human Resources and the Purchasing Department and applies to Dayton Campus, satellite campus locations, Lake Campus, and Ervin J. Nutter Center. Departments may not obtain temporary staff from other vendors. Temporary positions can only be filled for up to 3 months. Exceptions may only be made upon approval from Human Resources. The pay rates for temporary positions are 95 percent of the minimum applicable pay level/salary band.

A Temporary Employment Job Order Form (PDF) must be completed and submitted to Human Resources before hiring a temporary employee.
