Mental Health Chat

Izzy is a mental health chatbox that provides emotional support to boost your resiliency. Izzy is available 24/7 and coaches you through tough times to build resilience, by having text message conversations - similar to texting with a friend or coach.  If at any time during a chat session with Izzy you want to speak to, or schedule an appointment with, a counselor, Izzy will provide the AllOne Health phone number or emergency response services, depending on the need.

  • Izzy is completely confidential. You can stop a conversation whenever you’re ready by simply texting "stop" or asking Izzy to delete your conversation at any time.
  • Izzy is an excellent resource for teens, college students and adults who prefer technology as a communication tool or method for learning.
  • Izzy is a great way to supplement counseling and gain access to strategies and techniques that can help you manage stress in the moment.

Give Izzy a try today!

  1. Start chatting with Izzy by navigating to AllOne Health’s member portal and clicking “Chat with Izzy”
  2. Like a coach, Izzy works to understand your needs by asking "How are you?"
  3. Izzy delivers coping strategies based on the emotions you express.

Izzy, like all AllOne Health services, is available to you and your spouse, dependent children, parents/parents-in-law, and any member of your household as well as dependents living away from home (up to the age of 26).
