Exceptional Service Training
Exceptional Service Training was implemented in the Fall Semester 2023 as part of the university's Bridge Strategic Plan. This flyer will provide a high-level overview of the training.

For those who have employees who are fully remote, we will host virtual sessions sometime toward the end of the spring semester. More details to come.
