Banner Maintenance for 2/27

CaTS will be applying security patches to Banner on Saturday, February 27 from 6–7 a.m.

Access to the following Banner services will be unavailable during this time:

Upcoming Winter Break Maintenance

Tuesday, December 22, 2020

CaTS will be performing maintenance over Winter Break (12/24 – 1/3) causing service outages for the following systems:


Date: Monday, December 28
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Due to an upgrade of our VDI environment, all VDI systems will be unavailable during the above date and time. It is not necessary to power down your VDI during this date and time.


Date: Tuesday, December 29
Time: 7 – 8 a.m.

CaTS will be performing system updates causing a voicemail outage during the above date and time. Individuals will not be able to leave messages or check voicemail during this time.


Date: Tuesday, December 29
Time: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.

CaTS will be deploying a new Weblogic server, which houses WINGS Express services, on the above date and time.

Reminder: Panopto Cloud Scheduled Downtime: 12/19/20

As a reminder, on Saturday, December 19, 2020, the Panopto Cloud will be updated with the latest features and improvements. These updates will require downtime. Panopto expects up to 3 hours of downtime, with a target start time of 9:00 pm EST.
 
During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos on our Panopto site, and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.

Network Shared Drive Upgrade for 12/19

Beginning Saturday, December 19, from 8 p.m.–6 a.m., CaTS will be performing upgrades to the campus network storage. You may experience intermittent issues when accessing the network H:, K:, and R: drives during this time.

CaTS recommends you save all of your work prior to this maintenance.

VDI Maintenance for 12/28

Due to an upgrade of our VDI environment, all VDI systems will be unavailable on Monday, December 28 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

It is not necessary to power down your VDI during this date and time, however CaTS recommends saving your work beforehand.

Lake Campus Network Outage for 12/17

On Thursday, December 17, CaTS will be performing an upgrade to the Lake campus networking equipment. All network connectivity for Andrews and Dwyer Hall will be unavailable from 7:30 a.m.—3 p.m.
