Upcoming Winter Break Maintenance

CaTS will be performing maintenance over Winter Break (12/24 – 1/3) causing service outages for the following systems:


Date: Monday, December 28
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Due to an upgrade of our VDI environment, all VDI systems will be unavailable during the above date and time. It is not necessary to power down your VDI during this date and time.


Date: Tuesday, December 29
Time: 7 – 8 a.m.

CaTS will be performing system updates causing a voicemail outage during the above date and time. Individuals will not be able to leave messages or check voicemail during this time.


Date: Tuesday, December 29
Time: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.

CaTS will be deploying a new Weblogic server, which houses WINGS Express services, on the above date and time.

Access to the following Banner services will be unavailable during this time:

  • WINGS Express
  • Student Accounts
  • Online Payments
  • Wright1 Card Services
  • TouchNet
  • Appworx
  • Parking Services
  • Housing Services
  • WrightBuy
  • Xtender
  • uAchieve / DARS
  • Printing using Pharos
  • eTranscripts
  • Banner Workflow

Date: Saturday, January 2
Time: 6 a.m. – Noon

CaTS will be conducting maintenance on the Banner system on the above date and time. This maintenance is to upgrade the infrastructure that supports the Banner services listed below.

Access to the following Banner services will be unavailable during this time:

  • WINGS Express
  • Banner Admin
  • Student Accounts
  • Online Payments
  • Wright1 Card Services
  • TouchNet
  • Appworx
  • Parking Services
  • Housing Services
  • WrightBuy
  • Xtender
  • uAchieve / DARS
  • Printing using Pharos
  • ODS/Cognos

Date: Sunday, January 3
Time: 9 a.m. – Noon

CaTS will be conducting maintenance on the Banner system on the above date and time.
