About Instructional Technology Services

The CaTS Instructional Technology (ITS) team consists of five staff dedicated to support services such as Pilot, WebEx, Panopto, Evaluation Kit, Flip, EdPuzzle, Perusall, ArcGIS; Academic integrity tools such as Respondus and Turn It In, and classroom technology located in Registrar-managed classrooms.

When support is needed for instructional technologies, start by contacting the CaTS Help Desk at 937-774-4827 or helpdesk@wright.edu. If the Help Desk is unable to resolve or answer your request, they will escalate this to the ITS team. While we strive for immediate response to all requests, peak times may take slightly longer but usually will be the same day.

Each month ITS will send out information to faculty highlighting virtual and in-person workshops as well as virtual office hours to help answer questions you may have.
