Many users are experiencing sporadic issues with wireless connectivity on campus. CaTS has determined that the cause of this problem is a known issue with the Android operating system, in which the Android device can disrupt wireless service for other devices on the same network. A temporary workaround for this issue has been established.
CaTS is asking all campus users with Android devices to visit the following website and perform the listed steps to help alleviate campus-wide issues. Assistance will be available through the CaTS Help Desk if needed.
