CaTS Help Desk

The CaTS Help Desk will be closed Thursday, 11/26 and Friday, 11/27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. 

The CaTS Help Desk is currently offering remote phone support only. If you need to schedule a time to meet with a technician or drop off equipment, please call the CaTS Help Desk at 937-775-4827.

**CaTS is currently offering remote support during the following hours:**

  • Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Saturday–Sunday: Noon–6 p.m.

CaTS is currently distributing pre-approved equipment pick-ups and drop-offs in the basement lobby of Millett Hall during the following times:

  • Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Saturday/Sunday: Closed
