Academic Performance-Based Scholarships

Automatically awarded upon receipt of final transcript.

Eligibility Criteria

3.5 cumulative GPA or higher; graduate with associate degree from state-assisted two-year college; enroll at least part-time at Wright State University directly from two-year college.

How to Apply

1. Submit a complete Undergraduate Admission Application.
2. NO scholarship application is needed to be considered for this award.
3. Plan to enroll at least part-time at Wright State University after earning an associate degree from a two-year college.
4. Submit your final college transcript with your degree posted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Awards are made to eligible applicants after the final college transcript is reviewed by the Office of Financial Aid.
5. Eligible students will be awarded and notified by letter via U.S. mail.

Partnership Scholarship

3.0 cumulative GPA; completed the partnership program and graduated with an associate degree from Clark State Community College (Gateway Program), Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Edison Community College (PASS), Sinclair Community College (Double Degree/Wright Path) and Southern State Community College (Connector Program); enroll at least part-time at Wright State University directly from one of the above mentioned schools.

Online Scholarship Application for Competitive Scholarship Opportunities

Online application is open from October through January for scholarship awards that will begin the following academic year.

Transfer students can also submit ONE online scholarship application to apply for multiple donor-based scholarships funded through the Wright State University Foundation and also scholarships funded by the university. The application will allow the university to automatically match students with any scholarships for which they are eligible. Final awards will be determined by various scholarship committees.
