Interested in working as a Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) with Key Behavior Services LLC.? Key Behavior uses Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) scientific approach to assess and analyze an individual’s behaviors and ability, and uses that information to identify effective strategies to teach the individual new skills and improve behaviors. Using ABA can teach individuals new skills that can improve communication, social skills, independence, and other important behaviors.

Please join a panel of professionals from Key Behavior Services LLC. to learn more about the work they do and current employment opportunities. Panelists will each give a quick background on their own career path, how they got into behavior science, and what their current roles are like (day-to-day, skill sets, etc.), and then also discuss what a hiring manager is looking for in potential candidates. Q & A to follow! They are looking for students/ recent graduated in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields, to join their team!
