Submit a Proposal to the UpRising Symposium!

The Women's Center, Office of LGBTQA+ Affairs, and the Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Department invites proposals for workshops for the annual UpRising Symposium.

We encourage workshop, roundtable, performance, and strategy session proposal submissions that include aspects related to feminism, gender equity at the intersections, activism, and social transformation. Sessions will be 60-90 minutes long and should be interactive. Faculty, Staff, Students, Community Members, and Organizations are welcome; you do not have to be a Wright State University affiliate to submit a proposal. Submissions are due February 28, 2022 at 11:59pm.
