Learn how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are shaping the hiring process.  We will review how the ATS impacts the resume review process and hiring decisions.  We will identify common mistakes and best practices for creating an ATS friendly resume.  We will review some actionable tips that will help job seekers navigate these systems.
