Let's Talk is a presidential initiative for all members of the Wright State University community aimed at discussing a singular issue or theme at Wright State in an open forum format. The goal of the series is to create a safe space for open, informed discussion around a campus issue while providing Wright State's campus community with accurate information and perspective.

The first forum in the Let's Talk series will focus on the Wright State Research Institute (WSRI) and the Wright State Applied Research Corporation (WSARC).

The event is public and open to the entire campus community. It will be streamed live on university channels for those who cannot attend in person.

Panelists include Dennis Andersh, executive director of WSRI and chief executive officer of WSARC; Timothy Broderick, chief scientist, professor of surgery and associate dean for research affairs at the Boonshoft School of Medicine; Eric Bennett, chair and professor of neuroscience, cell biology and physiology; and C.D. Moore, Wright State, WSRI and WSARC board of trustees member.

Let's Talk gives the campus community an opportunity to listen and dialog with an informed panel on a specific topic in an open environment. Following short presentations from panel members, questions from campus constituents are welcome and encouraged in this town hall setting moderated by Wright State University President Cheryl B. Schrader.

Topic ideas from the university community are welcome and can be suggested on President Schrader's webpage wright.edu/president.
