Welcome to Lytho Digital Asset Management—University Communication and Marketing’s centralized platform for storing, organizing, and managing digital assets such as photos, videos, templates, and logos.
Lytho Asset Manager
Lytho Digital Asset Manager provides a single destination for discovering and downloading Wright State's approved visual assets. Designed to support consistent, high-quality communications, the platform gives you access to photography that showcases academics, research, campus life, events, and the student experience.
The variety of search tools allow you to locate images by college, department, location, program, or subject, etc. This helps reduce the time spent searching for photography while ensuring materials reflect the university's brand. The collection is continually expanded with new imagery to support marketing, recruitment, communications, and other university initiatives.
Use the Ordering Existing Photos Request form in Lytho Workflow to request image files available on SmugMug.
Log into Lytho Digital Asset Management through our Lytho DAM site. “Login with SSO Account” will allow you to use your WINGS login information. If you’ve already logged into WINGS, you’ll bypass the login and be directed to your Lytho DAM Dashboard.
Lytho Tempo
Lytho Tempo is our branding template system that allows you to create materials that utilize the Wright State brand and be brand consistent. Some of the types of templates offered are posters, flyers, postcards, sandwich boards, digital displays, easel signs, and more.
You will be able to add your own copy, URLs, and place photos and university logos from Lytho Asset Manager. Also, in some of the templates, you will be able to place a QR code.
University Communications and Marketing will review and check templates for grammar, and correct logo and photo placement. After approval, you will be able to download a print-ready PDF that you can then send to the Print Center or print using an office printer. You can also download a JPG for digital displays.
Template availability will depend on the access level. Lytho Tempo is currently set up for College Liaisons and Unit Contacts. Ask your Dean or Vice President who your college/unit liaison is if you're unsure.
