September 21-December 11
Our annual fall semester exercise incentive program begins Monday, September 21. Fit Bowl will help you stay on track with your fitness and exercise goals this semester! Virtually travel to a college bowl game of your choice - Rose, Fiesta or Orange - during this 12 week fitness challenge. Earn 1 point (travel 1 mile) for every minute you exercise. All exercise counts! Participation prizes will be awarded to all who reach their bowl game destination by Friday, December 11. Registration opens Monday, September 14.
Rec Fit Happy Hour

September is National Yoga Month! To celebrate, we’re offering free Office Yoga all month! — Learn easy-to-do stretches, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that can be done right at your desk! Chair Massage in the Student Union
Chair massage is an awesome and affordable stress buster! Offered every second Friday in the Student Union. Stop by the SU Rec Desk to schedule your appointment. Program fees: 15 minutes: $12.00, half hour: $24.00.
