Welcome to a new academic year!
The start of the Fall Semester is such an exciting time, ushering in new beginnings for so many and filling us all with a renewed spirit and reminder of our collective calling: educating and mentoring our students.
I hope the summer months were a great time to refresh and recharge, but now is the time that we have all been looking forward to: the return of students to our Dayton and Lake Campuses.
I cannot wait to be in the classroom and meet all my students. I have such great hope and enthusiasm for the 2023–24 year and hope you do too.
This year, I would like us to again focus on creating and nurturing an inclusive student-centered culture that supports and celebrates our students’ academic and co-curricular successes. I do believe that if we keep our students at the forefront of everything we do, we can never go wrong.
I am looking forward to an excellent Fall Semester and cannot wait to see you on campus.
