In this talk, Prof. Indivar Kamtekar who teaches at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi India will discuss the little known social and political aspects of the war efforts that was undertaken in India at the time of the Second World War. By bringing to light, previously unknown facts, Prof. Kamtekar will cast fresh light on our understanding of one of 20th century's most impactful and decisive wars.
