The Department of Communication and Rotary District 6670 present the Four-Way Test Speech Competition. Students from local and statewide high schools, private schools, and charter schools are required to present a 4-6 minute speech addressing all aspects of the Rotary Four-Way Test, which emphasizes global ethics and values.
