Led by Lisa Kenyon, Ph.D., Professor, Biological Sciences and Faculty Director of Center for Teaching and Learning. A virtual safe space for faculty to grab a drink, get a snack, and drop in on a Gather Town session. Gather Town is a web conferencing software like Zoom, but with the added component of seeing the virtual “room" you and others are occupying, and with the ability to move around and interact with other participants based on your locations in the virtual room. We have designed a roof top room for participants to walk around and connect with colleagues about remote teaching (share ideas, learn new tools, talk about fall teaching plans, etc), similar to a social event. Space is limited to 20 participants. Please register early to secure your spot!
