Online Collaborate Ultra

Led by Greg Asman, Instructional Desiger, CTL.  Every Pilot Course includes a Virtual Live Classroom using Collaborate Ultra that can be found under the course’s Communication menu. This session provides a basic overview of using Collaborate Ultra including tech requirements, using the Course room, creating sessions, recording sessions, Sharing PowerPoint (or any other application) in the virtual room, viewing the participants list and using the chat feature. NOTE: This session is ONLINE and REQUIRES users to connect to the session with the latest version of the Chrome or FireFox web browsers and have headphones or speakers as a minimum to hear the presentation; a microphone and webcam are desirable but not required for this session. Participants will be sent the session link after registering.
