Campus Recreation: Fitness Class: TRX Suspension Training

This class focuses on total-body strength, core stability, balance, and mobility using TRX suspension straps. Participants use their own bodyweight and adjustable angles to control resistance, making the workout accessible for all fitness levels. Proper technique, posture, and controlled movement are emphasized to improve functional strength and movement efficiency. Modifications and progressions are provided, allowing participants to safely challenge themselves while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
