A group fitness class for all fitness levels and accessible to everyone, focusing on the fundamentals of weightlifting. We will focus on proper form, progressive overload, and building muscle. There will be a use of barbells, dumbbells, machines, bodyweight exercises, and more to target different muscle groups throughout the week.
Whether you are new to lifting or want to change up your routine, this class will help you to grow physically and mentally through movement and motivation.
