Ashley Hill-Mercer, Career Services advisor for the College of Science & Mathematics, will host a workshop in coordination with BMSSA to present how to build a strong resume in a proper layout to attract employers and companies via social media and in-person interactions. Students can bring their questions to receive specific help with their resume and job search.
While working on our professional development, dozens of issues dominate the life and mind of a graduate and undergraduate student. From relationships to research, time management to financial management, there are several areas to juggle. We will discuss strategies to manage stress as a group and will work together to set goals for ourselves to effectively manage our stress.
This event will discuss both of these topics to truly find a proper balance in students' professional lives and mental health. Food will be provided.
