This trip is perfect for beginner campers or anyone who wants a quick, relaxing outdoor experience near campus at John Bryant State Park Campground. Here, we will park our van right next to our campsites, set up tents to sleep in with sleeping bags, play outdoor games, hike in the woods around the lake, cook on a campfire and camping stoves, and engage in all that camping fun! We will have access to bathrooms and running water.
Cost: $20
Cost Includes: includes ORC trip leaders, all camping equipment, meals on location, all permits, camping fees, and transportation from WSU in 12-passenger van. Activity Level: Beginner. Must be able to, at minimum, walk short distances to and from the restroom. Ideally can go on an easy 2-mile hike on mostly flat ground with a few inclines.

Registration: Up to 10 participants.
Itinerary:
Day 1, Meet at WSU ORC at 1:00 p.m. to pack the van and depart from WSU. Start by doing some get-to-know-you/group bonding games. Set up tents and unpack. Let everyone settle in. Go on a hike (less than 2 miles) before dinner. Cook dinner. Play group games, cards and sing around the fire.
Day 2, Sunday: Make breakfast. Morning Yoga & hike. Pack up camp and head back to WSU.
