The Adventurers Guild: Cyberpunk RED RPG: Remnants of Glory

You are in a crew of Edgerunners from various backgrounds operating within the Combat Zone of Night City, set 32 years before the events of the Cyberpunk 2077 video game. The crew will be operating out of From the Ashes, an underground garage repurposed into a community clinic, run and operated by famous medtech Phoenix Redwyne.

The crew will be helping Phoenix navigate the streetwise politics of the Combat Zone, while trying to help patients and requisition supplies in the middle of a blockade around the Combat Zone. The blockade causes shortages in supplies, leading to increased conflict, with a mysterious entity manipulating the zone from the shadows.
Sessions center on a mix of missions, exploration, political maneuvering between various gangs, and urban combat, with new, dangerous encounters looming just around the corner. Choices matter over time, shaping an ongoing campaign rather than isolated missions.

Major factions and local powers compete for control of territory, resources, and people, with various political entities making plays at power from the shadows. Combat is frequent and highly lethal, with lasting consequences that carry forward across story arcs.

The tone of the game is serious and tense, emphasizing planning, cooperation, and adapting to a hostile urban wasteland.

Over 20 years have past since the fourth, and those hoping, final corporate war, and Night City is still waiting for her festering wounds to heal. Some tried to rebuild in the aftermath of the apocalypse. Other sought to destroy. And then, a warrior poet turned himself to a wanton savior, and from his hatred and pain he bore a new apocalypse. One with red skies and burning waters. With his death cry, he opened a hole unto her heart, and plunged Night City into the Time of the Red. And the red burned itself through every heart, and blackened every soul the remainder of those 20 long years. And now, as she heals her festering scars of grief, we turn to those who would soon bleed with her. Who would find their lost selves in the hellscape she grew. Each one, looking for a shred of themselves in the hellborn city. Each one, searching for the remnants of glory."

No prior tabletop or Cyberpunk RED experience is required. New players are supported through character creation and rules during play.
