PLUS MPN for Graduate/Professional Students

In order to receive a Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan, you must complete the PLUS MPN for Graduate/Professional Students. Log in using your FSA ID. You will need the following:

• 20-30 minutes to complete (MPN must be completed in a single session).
• Your FSA ID. Students must log in using their own FSA ID to complete the MPN. Use of another person's FSA ID constitutes fraud. Use only your own FSA ID information.
• Personal Information: Permanent Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email Address
• Employer Information (if applicable): Employer Name, Employer Address
• School Name
• Reference Information for two people with different U.S. addresses who have known you for at least 3 years. The first reference should be a parent or a legal guardian (if applicable): Reference Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, and Relationship to the Student.

Your WINGS eligibility requirement status at Wright State University should be updated within 3 business days after completing the MPN online.
