Academy Loan Disclosure

Before Wright State University can begin crediting your Academy Loan funds to your student account you must first review, sign, and return the Academy Loan Final Disclosure and Rights and Responsibilities form to Enrollment Services. This disclosure statement will be mailed to your permanent address. This disclosure includes information specific to your loan. There will also be a copy of the disclosure enclosed for you to retain for your records.
