First Time GI Bill Users at Wright State

Please complete the following two forms once you have registered for classes and the Veteran Enrollment Report for the semester you intend to begin receiving benefits appears below.

Do not complete these forms if the Veteran Enrollment Report for the semester you intend to begin using benefits does not appear, or you will experience benefit delays. Do not complete these forms more than once.

Current Veteran Enrollment Report

All new and continuing GI Bill users must complete the below form for GI Bill benefits for the listed semester.

Note: If you need to submit a Veterans Enrollment Report for a semester not listed, please email us directly at vmc@wright.edu.

Uniformed Services Absence Re-Admission Form

 Please complete this form if you have not attended Wright State for more than three semesters and are unable to register for classes. You should complete this form rather than completing the re-admissions process.
