The most important measures of excellence at the university are those that demonstrate the university's ability to transform lives. In many cases, private support from friends and alumni of Wright State University is the catalyst that enables the university—and the Office of LGBTQA Affairs—to transform the lives of its students through teaching, research, scholarships, and community outreach.
