As students prepare to leave for Christmas break, it’s important to have the right tools to manage stress, maintain emotional wellbeing, and stay connected. This is an hour session featuring Counseling and Wellness Services (CWS) and NAMI On Campus, to share practical strategies to support students' mental health during the holidays.
This interactive event will cover stress management, setting boundaries with family, dealing with loneliness, and how to support yourself or a friend during challenging moments. Students will leave with simple, evidence-based coping skills and a clear list of resources available both on and off campus during the break.
