Improve flexibility, strength and balance in a moving meditation. You’ll move through various seated and standing poses. This is a mixed levels class suitable all fitness levels. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. We will provide the yoga mats unless you prefer to bring your own.


Outdoor Hike

Alumni Tower

Explore the trails on campus while getting outside, moving your body, and meeting other women. This hike will meet at the Alumni Tower behind the Student Union. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. **If the weather is bad, we will walk together in the tunnels, first meeting outside the Women’s Center-148 Millett. Follow Campus Recreation’s website and social media’s for weather updates.**

Get down and groove with your fellow ladies! This fitness class is inspired by Latin Dance. Move to hypnotic musical rhythms while learning fun dance moves. Plus, you’ll get a fantastic workout! This class is fun and easy to do. No dance experience necessary. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.


Rock Climbing

Try out rock climbing while cheering each other on to make it to the top! We will have all-level routes open, from beginner to advanced, to test out your skills. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We will provide all equipment. Located in the climbing gym at 037 Student Union.


Kayaking & StandUp Paddleboarding

February 5, 2020

Student Union pool

Try out a kayak or a SUP in the comfort of a pool! We will have experienced paddle instructors to assist in your fun experience. Kayak across the pool or perhaps try a yoga move on a StandUp Paddleboard. Wear a bathing suit or clothes you don’t mind getting wet. We will provide all equipment. Located in the Student Union pool- you can access the pool through the locker rooms in the Fitness Center.


Weight Lifting

March 4, 2020 (Spring Break)

Student Union Fitness Center, Studio B

Sculpt a leaner body with weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and body weight exercises. Wear comfortable clothing. Meet in Studio C inside the Fitness Center in the Student Union.


Amazing Race

April 1, 2020

This race style event will be the last (and most fun!) of our WWW! Bring a partner or find one at the event to race to the finish line while competing in multiple challenges. Beginning location TBD.
