Campaigns are taking place across the U.S. to change the name of Columbus Day to Indigenous People’s Day.  More historians agree Christopher Columbus didn’t actually discover North America in 1492, and more people are coming forward saying it is Native Americans that deserve recognition.  Come bring your lunch and join us for an hour of learning, networking, and enriching both your personal and professional lives.

All events are free and open to the public unless noted otherwise.  For more information about past and current events, visit our web site at wright.edu/ana or call the Asian and Native American Center, (937) 775-2798.
