Bring your laptop — leave with Linux. Curious about Linux but not sure where to start? Join us for an evening of hands-on help installing and exploring Linux on your own computer!
If bringing your own device, please make sure to have all data backed up in advance.
Not ready for Linux to be your daily driver? Bring a spare laptop or desktop and give it new life.
What to Expect: Step-by-step Linux installation guidance, help with dual-boot or virtual machine setups, tips, tricks, and customization.
No experience required — just bring your laptop and charger. Whether you want Linux for coding, privacy, gaming, or just curiosity, this is the perfect place to start! Sponsored by the CSE Dev Team and the WSU ACM Student Chapter.
