By James Laffey, Ph.D.

Friday, September 17, 2021 at 11 a.m.
Online via Webex

Games are relentlessly engaging. Appropriating games for serious outcomes such as education, training, health care, etc. can be a powerful way to foster societal outcomes. But, how do we get smarter about how to use games for these important goals?

Laffey will talk about how his team at the University of Missouri has developed and researched two educational games. He will discuss funding, development, evaluation, commercialization, and further research opportunities.
