Rowdy Needs Heroes!

Our mascot has been kidnapped by a dragon, and only campus adventurers can bring him home!

Students, staff, and faculty can join this 7-week, fantasy-themed fitness journey:

*March 2 - April 16

*Complete 15, 30, or 45 hours of movement--any activity counts!

*Side quests = double time, including certain Campus Rec fitness classes and weekly wellness walks

*Earn rewards throughout your journey - including a t-shirt for all adventurers

*Join solo or form a party, at any point through the journey
