Campus Recreation: Fitness Class: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

The class will be a mix of traditional H.I.I.T. and Power H.I.I.T.

HIIT - Full body workout with a combination of strength and cardio based movements with and without added equipment. Designed for participants of all fitness levels, with modifications available.

Power HIIT - Similar to your regular HIIT class with a combination of strength and cardio based movements, but will add more weight. This workout will focus more on the strength aspect of HIIT while utilizing weight training equipment, such as kettlebells and dumbbells. All participants are welcome, as there will be modifications available.
