Campus Recreation: Fit It In: Build Your Recreation and Wellness Schedule

Want to make time for fitness, fun, and wellness this semester but not sure where it fits into your busy schedule? Join Campus Recreation for Fit It In, an interactive planning session designed to help you build a personalized recreation and wellness routine. Bring your class schedule, and our team will help you map out opportunities to stay active throughout the week. We’ll provide schedules for group fitness classes, intramural sports, outdoor adventure trips, and recreation facility hours, so you can see exactly when activities fit best into your day.
During the event, you’ll receive a planning agenda to organize your week and intentionally add movement, recreation, and wellness into your routine. Staff will be available to answer questions, highlight upcoming programs, and help you discover new ways to get involved on campus. Whether you’re looking to try a new fitness class, join an intramural team, plan an outdoor trip, learn about healthy eating, or just find the best time to work out, this event will help you build a balanced schedule that supports your health and college experience.
