To opt back in before the deadline contact RaiderConnect: raiderconnect@wright.edu or 937-775-4000. After the second Friday of the term, no changes may be made. You have the option to pay or opt out of the fee each semester of enrollment.

You will not be charged session fees if you have paid the CWS fee for the current semester.  However, you will be billed missed session fees if you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, miss the session or arrive more than 15 minutes late  a session.  The missed session fee is $20 per missed session.

If I miss a session with less than 24-hour’s notice but I have a good excuse, can I get the missed session fee waived?

You are welcome to discuss any missed session fees with your provider.  If they support a waiver for the fee, they can submit a fee waiver request to the Director of Counseling and Wellness Services.
