WSU Retirees Association Patron Fund

Summer Potluck Picnic
The Retirees Association hopes to make the Summer Potluck Picnic an annual event.

Due to ongoing budget concerns, the university has reduced the share of state-allocated funds provided to most departments and programs — including the WSU Retirees Association — by 30 percent. The Retirees Association uses these funds, along with membership dues, to support ongoing collaborative programs such as the Oral History Project, our printed publications and outreach to the membership, and our activities such as the Annual Retirees Luncheon, the 2019 Summer Potluck Picnic and other social events, and our sponsored lectures and workshops.

The Retirees Association has always operated on a tight budget, but now we are hard pressed to make ends meet. Here’s how you can help. Please consider making whatever contribution your budget allows to WSURA’s Patron Fund by clicking the link below. A healthy balance in the Patron Fund will help to ensure that WSURA’s existing programs can go on uninterrupted and that we can continue to innovate. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated.
