The Raiders moved to 9-4 on the season and start off the conference slate 1-0 with their 78-75 overtime win over IUPUI. In Friday night's game against the Jaguars, Wright State was led by a strong offensive efforts with three players scoring in double-digits. Mackenzie Miller and Michal Miller both had 17 points and Emily Vogelpohl was right behind with 15 points. After falling behind early in the first quarter the Raiders battled back against the Jaguars to force overtime in Indianapolis.  

1st Quarter

The Raiders started off sluggish in the first quarter, only coming away with nine points and shooting just 4-14 from the field. Emily Vogelpohl started off the scoring for the Raiders with a 3-pointer from the corner then followed it up two possessions later with a short jumper. After pulling the score even at 7-7, the Jaguars would then go on a 10-2 run against the Raiders and would end up on top 17-9.

2nd Quarter

Wright State would chip away at the deficit for the first five minutes of the quarter. Mackenzie Taylor would put in four points, Imani Partlow added another two and Anisja Harris would sink her shot from deep to put the Raiders up 18-17. It would not be until the 4:52 mark that the Jaguars would find themselves on the board again. Michal Miller added nine points in the quarter to aid the Raiders' comeback bid. The Raiders went on to outscore the Jaguars 21-13 in the quarter and the game would be tied 30-30 going into the half.

3rd Quarter

The Jaguars extended their lead to eight points before a flurry of scoring in the last two minutes by the pair of Mackenzie Taylor and Michal Miller. Taylor hit a shot from behind the arc and then got a jumper to drop. Miller hit two jumpers in the last 80 seconds, including a shot as time expired in the quarter, to keep the Raiders within two points of the Jaguars.

4th Quarter

Mackenzie Taylor hit a three-pointer early in the quarter to give the Raiders their first lead since the 6:41 mark in the third. The Raiders would extend their lead to seven but a two minute scoring drought allowed the Jaguars to get within striking distance. A critical foul and a subsequent three-point shot would give the lead back to IUPUI with just 25 seconds remaining. With the shot clock off to end the game and two points behind, the Raiders needed to convert their last possession into points. Symone Simmons got her jumper to drop with only two seconds left on the clock. With her shot, Simmons would send the Raiders to their second consecutive overtime game.

Overtime

In overtime, the Raider offense would spread the wealth and force the Jags' defense to cover all of their bases. Imani Partlow, Symone Simmons, Michal Miller, Mackenzie Taylor, and Emily Vogelpohl would all add two points each as the Raiders outscored the Jags 10-7.
