A new community partner will soon move onto the Wright State University campus and provide students with fresh internship possibilities.

The Ohio Auditor of State's Dayton office is moving onto Wright State University's campus, as part of a new agreement between the Ohio Auditor of State and the university.

Beginning December 1, the state auditor’s west region office will move into a space in the university’s Medical Sciences building.

According to Wright State President Sue Edwards, Ph.D., the most exciting aspect of the lease arrangement is that it will give Wright State students access to two new, ongoing internships.

“It’s a way to bring members of the business community onto the Dayton Campus who can provide opportunities for our students to engage with those businesses to lead to internships and workplace opportunities,” said Edwards.
