Maragret Roach

Margaret Anne (McMennamin) Roach, 84, of Brookville, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022. She retired from Wright State University where she was a Reference Librarian and later volunteered at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Englewood and enjoyed knitting, reading and attending zumba classes.

She is survived by her sons: Michael (Tian Wang) Roach and Patrick Roach; brother: Michael (Jeanne Nicolette) McMennamin; sister: Patricia Kissling; nieces: Carol Jacobsen, Kelly (Brian) Hartman, Patricia (Ernie) Pate; nephew: Kenneth Kissling; great nephews and great niece: Eli Pate, Wesley Hartman and Megan Hartman; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, David M. Roach, and parents, John and Ruth (Donaldson) McMennamin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at St. Paul Catholic Church (1000 W. Wenger Rd., Englewood). Interment will follow the Mass at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, from 5­7 p.m. at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). If desired, memorial contributions may be made to The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.
