Weekly Meeting of the Chapter Executive Committee
These are open meetings, subject to private/closed executive session with no notice.
Weekly on Fridays 9:00-10:00AM in CAC284
The Executive Committee includes the President as its chairman, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Fraternity Education Officer, the Historian, and theMusic Director. The Faculty Advisor is an ex-officio member without vote. The Executive Committee acts in an advisory role to the President. A quorum of the chapter executive committee is a majority of all voting members of the committee. The Executive Committee may approve expenses. They maysuggest more expenses, and perform other duties as the President may direct unless it is stated in the bylaws that it must go before the chapter. Other brothers may attend Executive Committee meetings, but only those listed as members of the Executive Committee may vote.
