The Office of Disability Services & Counseling & Wellness Services welcome you to spend an evening practicing different mindfulness techniques that will help ease the stress of finals week.
Mindfulness is a way of directing our attention and shifting our focus.  It is about practicing awareness of our bodies, thoughts, lives and the present moment. We work to cultivate acceptance and gain new insight.
