Join the Wright State Economics Club for an engaging discussion on the economics behind fantasy football. Dr. Kevin Willardsen, Economics Club faculty advisor and professor of economics, will explain how fantasy football connects to concepts such as decision-making, opportunity cost, risk, incentives, scarcity, and the use of information.
Students will learn how economic thinking can help fantasy football players evaluate tradeoffs, interpret information, and make decisions under uncertainty. All majors are welcome, and no previous knowledge of economics or fantasy football is required.
