Title: "Copper Promoted Csp3 Fluoroalkylation Reactions"
Abstract: Organic molecules bearing fluoroalkyl groups (CFn) have emerged as important pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, materials, and radiopharmaceuticals. However, limited methods and reagents exist for the construction of Csp3-CFn bonds. In this talk, I will discuss our group's recent efforts to the development of new fluoroalkylation methods and reagents.
