Interested in cybersecurity? Want to build your skills or compete in the National Cyber League? Join Cyber Raiders!
Cyber Raiders is Wright State's student cybersecurity community, open to students of all majors and experience levels. No prior cybersecurity experience is required.
During our NCL training and practice meetings, we'll work together on hands-on cybersecurity challenges while preparing for the National Cyber League (NCL). NCL challenges cover areas such as cryptography, password cracking, digital forensics, network traffic analysis, web security, log analysis, and more.
Whether you're completely new to cybersecurity or an experienced competitor, you're welcome to join us. Meetings are designed to help students:

  • Learn practical cybersecurity skills through hands-on challenges
  • Get comfortable with the tools and techniques used in NCL
  • Learn from and collaborate with other students
  • Prepare for the individual and team portions of the NCL competition
  • Explore cybersecurity without needing to commit to competing

You do not need to be registered for NCL to attend our meetings. Come practice with us, learn something new, and decide whether NCL is something you'd like to pursue.
Students who compete in NCL can also receive an individual Scouting Report documenting their performance and demonstrated cybersecurity skills.
No experience required. All majors welcome.
