Anatomy and Physiology Club: DNA Discovery: Strawberry DNA Extraction

Join the Anatomy & Physiology Club for our off-campus DNA Extraction Workshop! Volunteers will help community members explore the basics of genetics by guiding them through a hands-on activity where they extract and observe DNA from strawberries.
Volunteers who complete at least 20 hours (up to 60 available hours) through the series will receive a Volunteer Recognition Certificate documenting their completed hours. Additionally, graduating members who meet the hour requirement will be eligible to receive an Anatomy & Physiology Club Volunteer Graduation Cord in recognition of their dedication and service.
Please RSVP as soon as possible if you plan to attend so we can prepare enough materials and assign volunteer roles. If you need a ride to the event, please indicate that in your RSVP so we can help coordinate transportation!!
