CaTS Help Desk

Located in 025 Library Annex, the Help Desk is your single point of contact for university technology assistance, including all advanced technical support offered through Home Base. Laptops2Go checkouts are also available during the hours posted below.

Phone & Walk-in Support

The CaTS Help Desk will be open the following times during Spring break:

Mon, March 2 - Fri, March 6: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Normal Business Hours

Mon-Thu: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
