CaTS Help Desk

The CaTS Help Desk will be closed Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The CaTS Help Desk is currently offering remote phone support only. If you need to schedule a time to meet with a technician or drop off equipment, please call the CaTS Help Desk at 937-775-4827.


**CaTS is currently offering remote support during the following hours:**

  • Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Saturday–Sunday: Noon–6 p.m.

CaTS is currently distributing pre-approved equipment pick-ups and drop-offs in the basement lobby of Millett Hall during the following times:

  • Monday - Friday: 9 a.m.—1 p.m.
  • Saturday/Sunday: Closed
